Rolfe Laboratories have the facilities and expertise to manufacture a wide range of products, including creams, gels, liquids, aerosols and powders. Our experienced team will facilitate the entire process from initial sampling, to product design, to mass production. We work closely with reputable and reliable packaging suppliers and our in-house design specialists will turn your vision into captivating artwork that truly stands out on-shelf. We pride ourselves on being the leading contract manufacturer in South Africa – manufacturing more than 1035 line items with over 7000m2 of operational floor space. Because of this, we are are able to offer convenient long term product retention stock services as well as client IP formulation security.

Rolfe Laboratories have access to an extensive range of product formulations from sun protection supplements, to unique fragrance blends, to advanced home cleaning solutions. Having on-site laboratory facilities help us to ensure that world-class quality, health and environmental requirements are maintained. Our scientists regularly test and trial new formulations in order for us to launch innovative, quality products that fulfil the evolving needs of both clients and consumers.
CONTRACT PACKING
In addition to manufacturing products for some of South Africa’s leading brands, we also offer a turn-key packing solution. Rolfe Laboratories has multiple packing and filling facilities from hot and cold cream filling, to aerosols, pressurised liquids and tube filling. Our specialists are highly involved in developing packaging to your product’s specifications as well as the testing of packaging to suit both the product and packing system.
